Sign In to Reelraven Casino

Your Reelraven Casino account gives you access to over 8,000 games, deposits from A$30 and withdrawals processed within 0-24 hours. This page walks you through the exact sign-in steps on desktop and mobile, the credentials we accept, and the fixes for the most common login problems our support team handles.

How We Log You In, Step by Step

The sign-in form sits in the same place on every device, so once you learn the flow on desktop it transfers straight to your phone. Follow these steps in order and you will be back at the reels in under a minute.

• Open reelraven-aud.com in your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge all work on desktop; iOS and Android browsers are fully supported).
• Tap or click the Log In button at the top right of the screen.
• Enter the email address registered to your account together with your password.
• Tick the Remember Me box if you are on a personal device, then press Log In.
• If you have two-factor authentication active, type the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
• You land on your account dashboard, ready to deposit, play or withdraw.

Login Methods You Can Use

We keep the sign-in process deliberately simple: your registered email address is the primary identifier for every account. If you created your account with a phone number, that number works as your login identifier in the same field. Usernames are not used on our platform, so there is one less detail to memorise.

Two-factor authentication is available and we recommend switching it on. When active, a 6-digit code from your authenticator app is requested after your password on every new device. Pair 2FA with a unique password you do not reuse elsewhere and your account is far harder to compromise than any email-only login.

Reset Your Password in Minutes

Forgotten passwords are the single most common reason players contact us, and the reset flow handles them without support involvement.

• On the login screen, click the Forgot Password link beneath the password field.
• Enter the email address registered to your account.
• Open the email from Reelraven Casino and click the reset link inside.
• Choose a new password with at least 8 characters, including a number and a symbol.
• Confirm the new password and log in with it immediately to lock in the change.
